These terms

These terms govern your use of the hosted Cushy service operated by Snoweasl. By creating an organization you accept them on behalf of that organization.

If your organization has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs wherever the two differ.

Accounts and organizations

The person who registers an organization becomes its owner. The owner and administrators control who else may join, what role each member holds, and which cloud accounts are connected.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the actions of your members, and for keeping credentials secure. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication or connecting your identity provider via SSO.

Acceptable use

• Connect only cloud accounts you own or are authorised to administer.
• Do not use the service to access, scan or attack infrastructure you do not control.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, or to store unlawful content in tickets or attachments.
• Do not attempt to reach another organization's data, or to circumvent the platform's tenancy, role or approval controls.
• Do not resell or provide the service to third parties without a written agreement.

We may suspend an organization that materially breaches these rules; where practical we will tell you first.

Cloud access and changes to your infrastructure

The platform accesses your clouds through a federated role or workload identity that you create and can revoke at any time. You choose its permissions; the platform can only do what that role allows.

Discovery is read-only. Making changes requires you to explicitly enable provisioning on that specific cloud account, and each change still runs through the plan → policy → approval → apply pipeline, with an approval by a second operator on workspaces you mark as production.

You are responsible for the changes you approve and for any charges your cloud provider bills as a result. Cost figures shown in the console are derived from your providers' billing data and are for analysis, not billing.

Your content

Your data — including your cloud metadata, Terraform configuration and state, tickets and attachments — remains yours. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy notice.

Availability, trials and new features

We aim for continuous availability and publish incidents on the status page, but the free trial is provided as-is with no service-level commitment. Service-level commitments, if any, are set out in a signed agreement.

Some capabilities are explicitly labelled in the product as limited or not yet live for a given cloud. We describe those limits honestly rather than implying coverage we do not have; treat a labelled limitation as part of these terms.

We may change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give notice in the console.

Plans and fees

The trial is free. Paid plans are priced per organization and agreed in writing before they begin — there is no automatic charge from using the trial. Taxes are additional where applicable.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service and delete your organization at any time; deletion removes your organization's data from the platform in a single cascade and cannot be undone. We may terminate for material breach or non-payment.

Revoking the federated role in your cloud provider immediately ends the platform's access, independently of anything you do in the console.

Disclaimers and liability

Except where a signed agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and notify organization owners in the console for material changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
